Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

We woke up this morning to rain. The only good thing about it is that we're off the hook for raking leaves this weekend! :-)

We went and did a Costco run early this afternoon. Afterwards we decided to see if it was snowing on top of the mountains. We made a detour to Starbucks and loaded up on some "fuel" before heading up Mt Seymour. We were in luck! It was pretty foggy up there and the snow was rather slushy, but it was snow none the less.

And by the way...please be assured that Max is NOT drinking coffee from Starbucks! He has recently discovered the delights of ordering a kids hot chocolate from our favourite coffee shop. And so it begins...

Janice & Juanita...I thought you'd enjoy these photo's. On Monday afternoon (less than a week ago) you were both at the top of Mount Seymour and there wasn't snow, was there? (I've got the photo's to prove it!) Doesn't take long for the scenery to change at this time of year.
