Monday morning at 8:00am. "Mom? Is Alex still here? Can I play with him again?"
We called Grandma. Sure enough. Alex was still going to be around for a couple more hours.
We loaded up bike and kite and headed out for the farm...where the two little rascals played to their hearts content.

Aunt Vanessa joined in on the fun. She was the "cop" and patrolled the driveway ensuring, they weren't driving dangerously, recklessly, etc. Handing out suspensions to those who were. Fun times!

Mud mud and more mud. Just what little boys love to drive through.

Even Tanner got to play along thanks to his daddy! :-)
Grandma was feeling left out...

So she hauled her bike out. Her old childhood bike that is literally falling apart. Check out the back tire. Hysterical! It'll be headed to the junk heap shortly I'm sure.

Something is wrong. Grandpa and Grandpa definitely need new bikes. One is falling apart literally. The other is just a tad too small. LOL! :-)

Alex likes to keep me updated with his reading. We found a few minutes to read his latest book he brought home from school.

These two were were trying to chase birds with pinecones...

All that's missing is a sign that says "Boys only. No girls allowed!"

Not sure if you noticed. They were running around on the lawn with no shoes. Max had white socks. They are no longer white. Will never ever be white. Again! I can just hear my mom say "Grrr! Why mother's get grey?!" That used to be her favourite saying when we pulled stunts like that! LOL!

Getting "Double Bounced"...

They just love it when Uncle Jonny or Aunt Vanessa double bounce them on the trampoline.

Fun times. Happy times. Good clean old fashioned fun times.
Spring just brings that need for bikes and kites, bubbles and chalking, running and jumping and climbing of trees. I just love it!
