Busy-ness is in full swing around here...

A few snippets of what we've been busy with....
*Two hockey games on the weekend for the Maxter*Mailed our Christmas cards...finally*Our friend Gerry was in town and stayed with us. Good times!*We had the NAC Christmas party in Mississauga on Saturday night (thanks Auntie Legger for babysitting the Maxter). More good times!*In the process of finishing up Christmas shopping...slowly getting there*Got most of our Christmas gifties all wrapped up*Endured all the snow that fell on Sunday. Blech.*This in turn lead to Frosty the snowman being built on our front lawn. (The poor guy unfortunately lost his head a few hours later...)*Maxter finished up his letter to Santa*Enjoyed an impromptu lunch at LeeAnne's on Sunday after church*Been watching some Christmas movies*Enjoyed a lovely dinner at a friend's place*There's more, but that's all I can think of right now...

I'll leave you with some snowy photos from Sunday afternoon/evening. It's so much nicer to look at the snowy pics than actually experiencing it in real life.

Aunt LeeAnne was over helping...

He ended up being ginormous. Keith had to help with lifting...

The December issue of Martha Stewart had a cute suggestion - fill a spray bottle with red food colouring and water and spray rosy cheeks on your snowman. His cheeks were VERY red! LOL! But afterwards, when the snow kept falling and landing on top...it looked awesome! :-)

We went to check on him a few hours later and found him leaning over at a precarious tilt...

His head ended up falling off before the night was over. Poor frosty. He was cute and fun while he lasted...
P.S. See how cute his rosy cheeks look above with a bit of snow overtop?!
