"Bursting out of commotion" was one of the many phrases I overheard my little man say as he played to his hearts content in a little water station we set up on the back deck to keep him happily occupied.
All that's required is an assorted quantity of bowls and measuring cups, water, ice cubes, a wooden spoon and a pail of plastic ocean creatures. One of summer's simple pleasures!
