Hard to believe that soccer is almost over - next week is the last little game. Max loves it. He's very competative by nature (hmmm...wonder where he gets that?!) and this has given him a good run for his money!
One of the kids favourite games goes like this:
The parents line up on one side.
The kids line up on the one end.
The coach yells: "Pilots are you ready?"
And the kids salute and yell "aye aye captain!"
Then the coach yells: "Gunners are you ready?"
And the parents salute and yell "aye aye captain!"
The coach then yells "Top Gun!"
The kids run full tilt past the parents who are busy kicking soccer balls at them.
The aim of the game is for the kids to make it through the kicked soccer balls without having a soccer ball touch their feet.
Not sure if I explained that clearly - there are a few pics above that were taken during that particular game. They all just love it!
As usual - click on each individual photo if you want to see it in more detail. Please excuse the white fuzzy specs. My camera lense is not that dirty! It's that time of year where all the white cottony fluff is in the air from the trees. For a minute you almost think it's snowing!
