I joke. I joke.
What a day to have two tournaments. Between 9:30am to 1:30pm Max had 3 soccer games and 2 baseball games. If each game is 1 hour long and you do the math, you will realize that there was an overlap of games. We became quite the pros at changing uniforms in the truck as we drove back and forth between the two tournaments here in town. We made sure there was lots of water, powerade, watermelon and snacks to fuel up on.
MadMax was pumped and had a blast! He scored 3 goals in soccer...
What a fabulous job our linesman did today! ;-)
and made lots of hits, runs, catches and outs in baseball. He told us his goal of the tournament was to catch a pop fly. He did it and turned it into a double out by tagging a runner after he caught the pop. (Def a proud mama moment!)
And now, after such a strenuous day, we're heading out shortly to see a dear old friend...
...he goes by the name Lightning. :-)
