This is a tiny little splash of sunshine in my kitchen this morning. The flower was found in the woods and handpicked by my littlest man. He keeps me well supplied in the spring and summer months! :-) Isn't that vase the cutest? It's from my sweet friend Jenn. It's especially meant to hold tiny handpicked bouquets of wildflowers from your little ones. I think it's something every mama out there could use! ;-)
So much going on out in the world right now. Everything from the Canadian election today to devestating tornados to Osama Bin Laden's death to widespread flooding in the west to....I'm sure there's more...
Sometimes it's best to turn the news off and just focus on every day little happinesses.
Like little wildflowers. :-)
